The latest clients at Hog Roast Lupton were worried that their budget would mean that they would have to compromise on quality for their wedding catering, but the team at Hog Roast Lupton proved them wrong. The team worked closely with the clients to put together a bespoke catering package that met their budget and fulfilled their dreams of a tasty and high quality meal for their wedding reception.
The menu put together by the team would feed all 100 guests of the clients, as well as providing some wait staff to serve and the china crockery and cutlery would be provided by the team too. As the serving time was set at 5:15pm the catering team needed access to the reception venue several hours prior to then, as all the food would be freshly prepared in the hours leading up to the event.
The main course would be served to the table by the experienced Hog Roast Lupton wait staff, and the guests would be tucking into a dish that had been crafted with love. The guests could choose between a local free range spit roasted chicken served with chipolata sausage, stuffing and homemade onion gravy with seasonal vegetables and roasted new potatoes in rosemary and garlic, or alternatively a vegetarian option.
Once the main course had been enjoyed and discretely cleared away by the team, it was time for dessert. The cakes that the guests would be enjoying for the dessert were supplied by the clients, but the catering staff plated them up and dressed them with fresh berries and cream, they were then served to the tables.
After all the guests had enjoyed their food the Hog Roast Lupton team worked together discreetly to tidy away all the crockery, cutlery and equipment. The team would also take away all the rubbish generated by the catering, which they would then dispose of responsibly. The whole event was a great success and the clients were so happy to have had such good catering for their event, it had been everything they dreamed of and more.
