Hog Roast was brilliant.
Please thank Jane Hizzard and her helpers for a fantastic job.
Our butcher remarked what a good pig it was, which knowing the gentleman concerned, was high praise indeed. Apple sauce was also commented upon as being delicious – which it was.
Please can you send me some business cards to give to anyone hoping to have another hog roast. Jackfruit was also very well received.
So pleased I found out about The Spitting Pig.
