Working our way up the A6 between Shap and Penrith to cater for Sarah’s wedding at a superb location at Morland Hall which is a 15 acre estate set in the Eden Valley , on an equally superb day – the guests were treated to a succulent hog roast served with freshly prepared salads and new potatoes accompanied with a large amounts of crispy crackling – The vegetarian guests were taken care of with a creamy home-made pasta bake that proved as popular with the ‘ meat eaters ‘ as with the non-pork eaters
