If you could pass on our thanks to Tom please and say that the staff were all fab, with a special mention to Danny & Mark, who were a real asset to the event and massive help during set-up. They were super knowledgeable and not scared of hard work (which it really was!). So I’d like them to have a special thank you please.
And thank you to yourself and your incredibly talented wife. The feedback on the food was fantastic and it was great to have everything in such capable hands.
I appreciate your patience in the lead-up to the wedding. I know the food was a particular area of anxiety for Liz & David and despite our reassurances, I think they were never going to really know until the big day itself. But they were very very happy.
