Our experts can just as easily cater for several hundred guests as we can a handful, and that’s with expansive menus that give you the choice and variety to suit all of your guests and not just the majority.
While we often cater with just a simple but delicious traditional hog roast, either made into pigs in buns or as part of a sit-down meal fresh on the day, Hog Roast Millom also offers plenty of alternative and additional possibilities so that everyone invited gets to enjoy tasty, homemade food. From spit-roasted turkey, chicken, beef or lamb to a barbecue of chef’s own sausages and 100% beef burgers instead, meat lovers will all be covered, but then so will any guests on special diets, like vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free, for example; simply let us know your dietary needs in advance and we can help you to select the perfect dishes.
We also often cater with extra food, such as starters, sides and desserts, and we have a whole host of possibilities available, and we can even serve several of our handmade canapés and refreshing drinks to your guests, on arrival. Your wish is our command!
Hog Roast Millom catered a birthday party on Friday evening, where our customer had opted for our standalone menu of a Southern Slow Roast, which gives you three marinated meats and four sides of your choosing. For this celebration, held at home in the large back garden, we slow-roasted chicken, brisket of beef and pork butt, freshly-made sides of mac and cheese, skin-on jackets, corn cobettes and coleslaw, and served alongside a great selection of accompanying sauces and fresh bread rolls, and the entire scrumptious feast was devoured in no time at all.
