Our style of catering works so well with a range of different meats. We can prepare a whole host of delicious joints of meat cooked low and slow to bring out their scrumptious flavour and succulence. This menu leaves you spoilt for choice if you can’t decide which delicious option to go for, as you can select a combination of BBQ pork butt, Texan 24 Hour beef brisket, Cajun spiced whole roast chickens, Louisiana sticky pork ribs and pulled quarter of minted lamb. We also offer veggie and vegan options including BBQ pulled jackfruit burgers and vegetable skewers, if required.
Sweet, sticky or smokin’ hot sauces
Hog Roast Garstang’s meats are complemented by our special recipe rubs and glazes and can be served with a selection of sauces to suit all tastes, including sweet BBQ glaze, Hickory Bourbon sauce, and for those of you who like a bit of fire in your bellies- Cajun hot pepper sauce.
