Recently, the Hog Roast Fleetwood team were hired by Margaret for a surprise party in their local area. Margaret chose the Hog Roast Fleetwood team’s Private Party Menu Three from the team’s collection. This fantastic menu can be defined as a traditional Hog Roast buffet and is one of the team’s classic menus. The centrepiece included a delicious slow roasted pig cooked in one of the Hog Roast team’s Hog Master Machines that was displayed alongside the buffet table. The meat was expertly slow cooked on site, by the team’s Catering Manager, which ensured that the meat was fantastically fresh and evenly cooked. The hog was served with all of the traditional side dishes including apple sauce served in miniature white pots, crispy crackling created by the Hog Master Machines and classic homemade stuffing. Alongside the main meat, a vegetarian option of grilled vegetable skewers was served to please all of Margaret’s guests.
In addition to the main meats, the Hog Roast Fleetwood team served bread rolls, to compliment the casual atmosphere, alongside a selection of the team’s fresh sauces. Moreover, Margaret chose warm new potatoes in herb butter to feature on the buffet beside her hog roast. The food was to be served for up to 30 people at 6:45 pm as an evening meal buffet. The Hog Roast Fleetwood team were led through the service by their fantastic Catering Manager, James, who ensured that the food was service on time. In addition, the team doubled checked that everything was cooked to perfection and all of the food met the high standards that their team work hard to maintain. The Catering Manager also ensured that the ingredients used by the team were locally sourced to ensure that all of the food is fresh and of high quality. For this menu, the team also provide the serving tables, crockery and napkins so the event organisers do not have a lift a finger for the catering. The Hog Roast Fleetwood team also expertly carve your meat so it can be served easily to the guests. This also makes the serving of the buffet fast so that all of the guests can receive their food at the same time.
