Friday night was party night in hog roast Beckermet where local bands – The Lancaster Bombers and the Massive Wagons
performed to celebrate a local lads birthday and also to launch a trust fund in aid of a motor neuron support group – We had been booked to serve our Traditional Hog Roast Menu 1 in between sets.
We arrived mid afternoon and set the 40kg pig roasting and many of the guests came over to chat about the roasting method. Once the hog was cooked we carved the juicy meat and served with piping hot golden crackling, stuffing, apple sauce and a fresh baked roll. A hungry crowd of revelers queued and within 30 minutes or so it had been devoured. Another fantastic night catering in hog roast Beckermet.
