This week Hog Roast Kendal had the pleasure of catering for a wedding at the stunning Park House Barn in the Cumbrian countryside. With amazing views of the Kent Estuary and as a working farm, this venue is truly secluded making it perfect for intimate events with friends and family. Hog Roast Kendal have been lucky enough to cater at this fantastic venue multiple times now and each time we are able boost our clientele as word of mouth of our slow roasted food spreads. This is what we love about wedding catering as we are able to showcase what we do best to different people from across the UK.
For this particular event we had been asked to provide our classic Hog Roast Kendal roast for one hundred and ninety people. Whilst this menu option is often a firm favourite amongst our clients it is by no means the only option as our menus are truly varied. Of course, we want to give our clients the maximum choice and freedom when designing their menus and so when we were informed that bride Rebekah was vegan our chef was easily able to create her some delicious vegan fish fingers to have as an alternative!
