After going to university for an undergraduate degree and a masters, and then travelling the world for over 12 months- everyone was more than ready for Sarah to finally settle down in a home of her own! After a long process of house hunting, she had finally found a property that ticked all of her boxes and began the process of moving in. No one enjoys the stress of moving to a new home, but it is an incredible feeling to begin to get settled in a space that you can call your own. After spending a few months unpacking, settling in, and redecorating, Sarah was finally ready to host a housewarming party for her friends and family.
For the party, Sarah planned to host 40 guests of all ages. Her menu needed to be vegetarian-friendly and cater to children as well as adults- with versatile dishes for all to enjoy. Our Hog Roast Keswick BBQ option seemed like an ideal choice since it has many different mains to choose from.
On the day of the event, we began by preparing succulent sausages, British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, BBQ spareribs, and chicken kebabs. Our side dishes included homemade coleslaw, sweet potato fries, home style chips, seasonal salad, and fresh bread rolls and wraps. This menu allowed Sarah’s guests to choose their own dishes and create a delicious meal!
