Jodie’s Unforgettable 40th With Hog Roast Southport

Recently, the Hog Roast Southport team were hired by Jodie for her 40th birthday party. Jodie hired the Blundellsands Tennis Club for her event and it looked fantastic for her party. All of the food was prepared and cooked on site by the Hog Roast Southport team so it all tasted fantastically fresh and all of the meat was deliciously tender. James oversaw the cooking and service to ensure that everything was perfect for Jodie’s huge guest list party.

Hog Roast Southport

Jodie selected a gourmet BBQ for the Hog Roast Southport team to serve to her guests. The service was for 100 guests and so it was important that there was plenty of food to go around. The team’s Catering Manager, James, cooked 550 pieces of food on the BBQ and there was nothing left by the end of the service! Despite this, the team maintained fantastic quality throughout the service. The BBQ used to cook the meat was the team’s professional Hog Master machine. The selection of meats included burger, sausages and chicken kebabs which were all cooked traditional on the giant open grill. In addition to the meats, the team also served  lightly grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers as an alternative.

The Hog Roast Southport team’s buffet was served from 6pm onwards so it was important that the service was quick so that the meat did not go cold in the outdoor service. The feedback from the client was fantastic and Jodie was very grateful for the flawless service. She thought her party was an absolute success and was really pleased with how it turned out. She thought it was an unforgettable night and was really glad that she booked the team to help her celebrate her 40th. She also received some great feedback from all of her guests on how beautiful the food was. James was really pleased with the service his team delivered and enjoyed cooking the food outside on the open grill. He also enjoyed making Jodie’s birthday a night to remember and was really happy that he could help put the cherry on top for her party.
