Sunday morning so us over the border again in Dumfries and Galloway to help celebrate 50 years of trading for Russell Roof Tiles – there was bouncy castles – bucking bull – inflatable slides and a host of superb attractions for the adults and kids as well as a traditional ‘ Pipe Band ‘ – we were asked to supply a Hog Roast for 100 people but once the guests were aware of the delicious pork rolls that theirs friends were enjoying we quickly served at least 180 servings making us the first of the caterers attending to be ‘ cleaned out ‘
