Most recently, we catered for a 21st birthday party in the local area. The customer called us and informed us that over 200 guests would be in attendance. We arranged a meet-up and they discussed their preferences with us so that we could get the menu plans underway. They requested a hog roast for the majority of guests, alongside various vegan and vegetarian meals for those with specific dietary needs. When it came to serving, they opted for a buffet spread. This included delicious hog rolls and delectable sides including roasted vegetables, coleslaw and fresh vibrant salad. This typically works well for parties with over 100 guests, as they can help themselves to whatever nibbles take their fancy in-between dancing and socialising.
As for dessert? We have plenty of options to suit those with a sweet tooth. Think chocolate brownies, Eton mess, cheesecakes, and more. Plus, we can also offer a variety of welcome drinks to kickstart the party as your guests enter the room and mingle.
