Elisa gave birth to beautiful twins during lockdown and celebrated their first birthday earlier this November. For the occasion, she wanted to host a memorable party for her friends and family, with something for guests of all ages to enjoy. The party was a great opportunity for the family to see the twins, especially after a year of lockdowns and social distancing restrictions! As well as providing a bouncy castle and games at the party, Elisa also wanted to provide delicious catering for the day, with plenty to go around the 30 guests.
On the day of the event, we began by slow-roasting the hog and ensuring that it was packed full of delicious juices and flavours. Once cooked, the hog was expertly carved by our Hog Roast Durdar chef and served in fresh bread rolls and wraps. For vegetarian guests, we served BBQ pulled jackfruit, which is a tasty meat-free alternative. Alongside the main dish, we also served sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, crispy crackling and delicious freshly cooked chips. This created a delicious menu, with a dish for every guest to enjoy.
