Sunday saw the Spitting Pig Northern UK team arrive at a relatively local venue near hgo roast Dolphinholme at the foot hills in the beautiful Wryedale Valley where we set up for one of our deluxe BBQ menus for Steve and Romy and their lovely family whom we have previously catered for – on offer was our locally made 100% Beef Burgers – Cumberland Sausages – 
Tandoori Chicken Kebabs – Chinese Flavoured and BBQ Flavoured racks of Baby Back Pork Ribs and with a Cheddar Cheese and Onion Quiche for the vegetarians. All this was accompanied with some local Lancashire New Potatoes in our own mix Herb Butter and a selection of freshly prepared salads – everyone seemed to enjoy the feast with plenty returning to the serving table for second helping.
