With our one-course Loaded Fries, you can dine on fresh-cooked chips, topped with your choice of either beef brisket or pulled pork, as well as melting cheese, a spicy or zesty slaw and jalapenos for a spicy kick. If you prefer more food, a Traditional Barbecue may be the best decision instead, as ours comes complete with gourmet sausages, British beef burgers, chicken kebabs, spare ribs, coleslaw, salad and chips, while our Alfresco includes Italian-style meats, cheese and breads, a hog roast and then desserts too.
We also have a Southern Slow Roast on offer, which includes your choice of a trio of slow-roasted, marinated meats, as well as four sides, and you can enjoy them with the fresh rolls and wraps that we provide too. First comes the hard part, where you need to decide on your favourite three from either minted lamb, pork butt, whole roasted chickens, beef brisket or sticky pork ribs, and whichever you choose, they’re all marinated in our secret rubs and then roasted low and slow on the day, until they’re as tender as can be, and served with some lovely accompaniments. You then choose four sides from coleslaw, a Greek salad, a green leaf salad, a selection of fresh vegetables, potato salad, mac and cheese, corn cobbettes, roasted baby new potatoes and a mixture of sweet potato and traditional fries, and Bob’s your uncle – your Hog Roast Firbank Southern Slow Roast has been created!
