Hog Roast Keighley were delighted to be asked by Paul to cater out of their usual area for Asprey’s Plumbing and Heating based in Ormskirk for around 40 staff as an informal get together for the local company who clearly had food on their minds! We get asked regularly to cater for corporate clients, large or small and whilst this a relatively smaller event, we always ensure that the quality of our food and professionalism of our service is not compromised whatever the size of the organisation or event.
Hog Roast Keighley has a wide range of different menus for this type of event and can cater for all tastes; in this case the client wanted Menu 3; Our Slow Roasted Hog served with a 
selection of fresh salads or vegetables which is a common choice for informal events like this where people can network together (…basically have a good natter!) whilst enjoying fabulous and delicious hot food. The client also wanted our chef, Jon, to serve roast chicken as an alternative meat option and hot, homemade quiche as a vegetarian option. Other choices on our menus include other informal and more formal dining and all have a wide selection of food to cater for all tastes including vegetarian, vegan, Halal and wheat free. This wide selection and customisation of our menus is one of the key factors that makes Hog Roast Keighley stand out from the competition alongside the fabulous food and exceptional service!
Careful preparation is another key ingredient to our success and as with all of the events that we are asked to cater for; corporate, private, wedding or charity, we arrived nice and early to unpack and set up and to meet the organisers and confirm any last-minute requirements and instructions. Once we started roasting the hog, many of the guests who were in the vicinity came over to take a closer look and to savour the aromas and once we started serving, our customers loved it with plenty of very complimentary feedback about the quality of the food and our friendly and professional service… but mainly about the golden crackling and juicy, tender, lean meat!
The event ran without any hitch as you would expect and Hog Roast Keighley were very proud to contribute to the success of this event.
