Hog Roast RichmondWhile one of our amazing hog roasts may well be a great decision for your guests, either as pigs in buns or as part of a plated meal with veg, potatoes and trimmings of apple sauce, gravy and stuffing, we understand the need for alternative and additional options here at Hog Roast Richmond. We can cook a spit-roast or barbecue instead, or serve one of our specialty standalone menus for something rather different. Our Loaded Fries come with toppings of meat, slaw and melting cheese, while our Southern Slow Roast gives you three meat mains and four sides, as well as a vegetarian option of halloumi and vegetable wraps.

Talking of dietary needs, our Hog Roast Richmond experts aim to please all of your guests, so if you’re inviting anyone with a food allergy or intolerance or who’s on a special diet for a different reason, let us know when you book and everyone will be able to dine on our delicious homemade food on the day. We can also help you to plan a multi-course menu if needed, with your selection of canapés, starters, sides or puddings.

Despite offering so much to our customers, sometimes, however, one of our sumptuous traditional hog roasts is just the ticket, and for a corporate party that we attended on Thursday, a medium-sized pig made into piles of pigs in buns was the main event. After freshly preparing the locally-sourced meat with plenty of water and salt, our chef watched over it as it sizzled to perfection for several hours. Once the trimmings of apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing were made, the bread rolls were sliced and the condiments were arranged on the serving table, we had a scrumptious main ready to eat.
